Adam is a Pennsylvania native and is an alumnus of both Commonwealth University, Bloomsburg Campus (then Bloomsburg University) and Penn State. He's spent nearly two decades in and around education having taught first-generation college students from economically challenged backgrounds, grades 9-12 in private education, and first-year undergraduates. He earned his Ph D in Education Leadership from Penn State in 2021.
