Aman Kabra is a PhD candidate with the Management & Organization Department at The Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University. Advised by Stephen Humphrey, a renowned name in the theories of teams, Aman is interested in uncovering team dynamics within organizations. Specifically, his research adopts a computational modeling approach to optimize team behavior, processes, and outcomes. Over the course of his career, Aman has worked with multiple teams in reputed organizations, such as MAHLE GmbH, Hindustan Unilever, Credit Suisse, InMobi, and the Indian School of Business. He has also founded Pebble Sierra - a private venture in the ed-tech space built entirely on the back of outsourced development teams. Aman's work on behavioral science has been covered by major outlets such as Forbes, HMPI (Health Management, Policy & Innovation), the Times of India, the Indian School of Business, and The Rockefeller Foundation. Aman earned his undergraduate degree from BITS Pilani (first division), where he studied Manufacturing Engineering as a major and Finance as a minor.
