Claudia Snyder is the program manager and learning solutions associate for Penn State Executive Programs. Her primary role is to oversee the recruitment and delivery of the open program portfolio and communicate all learning solutions offerings of the department to existing and prospective clients. As program manager, Claudia facilitates program logistics and team development. Additionally, she supports and manages all communications activities for Executive Programs, including the website, the development of all promotional materials, and outreach. Claudia has 30 years' experience in public relations, advertising and marketing for business-to-business and educational organizations. She served as advertising and publicity coordinator for the South Hills School of Business & Technology, a private job training school in State College, PA. She was also a member of South Hills' faculty where she taught English, speech, and business and technical communications. While at South Hills, she helped to launch a new initiative for certification training in Microsoft networking, Cisco Router, and OracleDBA. Prior to South Hills, Claudia held marketing positions in two software development firms, Minitab, Inc. statistical software and the former OmniComp, Inc. facilities management software where she coordinated and implemented advertising and publicity campaigns at national levels.
