Heejung Byun is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization at The Pennsylvania State University. Heejung earned my degree in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining Penn State, Heejung served on the faculty in the Strategy Area at Purdue University’s Mitch Daniels School of Business.

Heejung's research interests encompass strategic human capital, entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, and their intersections. He serves on the editorial board of Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal.
