Lesley joined Smeal’s Professional Graduate Programs as the Assistant Director of Graduate Career Services in January 2025. Prior to this role, she served in the Fox Graduate School at Penn State, providing career and professional development support to more than 13,000 graduate students across all campuses. With over 13 years of experience in campus career services, Lesley brings a deep commitment to student success.
At Smeal, she partners with faculty, staff, and industry employers to deliver tailored career and professional development programming for the College’s one-year residential master’s scholars. Throughout her career, Lesley has been a strong advocate for minoritized and marginalized student populations, ensuring equity and inclusion remain central to her daily work and ongoing professional growth. She is especially passionate about supporting international students and considers this one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
