Melissa is an academic advisor for the Smeal College of Business.  She advises undergraduate students regarding course scheduling, curriculum, major selection, study abroad, policy, extra curricular activities, and internships. She also assists with Smeal's New Student Orientation (NSO). Melissa earned a M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Penn State University and a B.S. in Psychology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She worked as an academic counselor for the Upward Bound program at Penn State before coming to Smeal.
