Mary Beth is an Education Program Specialist with the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Since joining the center in 2021, she has played a key role in advancing the center's mission by managing operations, program administration, budgeting, financial reporting, event planning, and scholarship coordination. She also supports several of the center's signature experiential learning initiatives, including the Experienceship Program, Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIP), and Propel Seed Fund, helping connect students with meaningful entrepreneurship and innovation opportunities.

Prior to joining the Farrell Center, Mary Beth held several positions at Penn State Law, including Cocurricular Program Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator, where she supported student programs, academic initiatives, and administrative operations.

With more than 30 years of experience in higher education and professional services, Mary Beth is known for her collaborative approach, strong organizational leadership, and commitment to creating impactful experiences for students, faculty, alumni, and corporate partners.
