Sotires ("Sotos") is an Assistant Professor of Marketing who joined Penn State in the Fall of 2020. He received a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing concentration) from the University of South Carolina. Sotos also has BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Impact of regulatory interventions on consumers and producers; consumer responses to firm actions/involvement in digital environments; product and service failures; product recalls; online complaint handling.
