Semin Park is a scholar of team and multiteam relational dynamics, examining how evolving interpersonal connections influence behavior and performance across levels of analysis.

Expertise

My research examines how relational dynamics within and between teams evolve over time. Using social network perspectives, I study member interactions, conflict processes, and adaptive responses to shifting team demands. I integrate theory-building, rigorous empirical work, and methodological innovation to uncover the hidden structures that shape team functioning in dynamic and complex organizational environments.
