Yidan (Dani) Yin joined the Management and Organization Department in 2024. Before joining Smeal, Dani was a postdoctoral researcher at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies in Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.

Dani's research centers on understanding how individuals navigate novelty and uncertainty in organizational settings, focusing on cognitive processes and strategies that enhance adaptation, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships.
