Jen joined the Smeal College of Business as special events assistant for the Alumni Relations Office in June 2010. In that role, she was responsible for planning and executing events that support development and alumni relations, the Dean’s Office, as well as several other departments in the college.

In her current role as Director of Alumni Relations, Jen oversees the coordination of events, programs, and initiatives which connect more than 92,000 Smeal alumni back to the college. This includes opportunities for alumni to interact with current students, interface with fellow alumni, participate in volunteer activities, attend events, stay informed about the college, and be recognized for their achievements and service.

Prior to joining Penn State and Smeal, Jen was the Director of Promotions and Community Relations for the State College Spikes.

Jen received her bachelor's degree in advertising-public relations from Penn State in 2006, where she was a member of the women’s gymnastics team.

She and her husband Loren (’00) reside in State College, Pennsylvania with their son Nathan and daughter Madison.
