Rebecca joined Penn State University in 2006 as an affiliate staff development trainer for the Center for Workplace Learning and Performance. She has over 20 years of training and human resource experience. She began her training career as a civilian contractor for the United States Marine Corps. Since that time, Rebecca has held Human Resource leadership positions in several industries to include health care, transportation, manufacturing and local government prior to joining Smeal in 2012.
