Susan joined the Smeal staff in 2005. Prior to joining Smeal, she served as a reporter and an editor. Susan earned her BS in Communications from Clarion University in 2000 along with her Graduate Certificate in Institutional Research and her M.Ed. in Higher Education from Penn State in 2020. Susan is also a Salesforce Certified Administrator. In her spare time, Susan enjoys singing.
