Research Interests

My research stream broadly addresses operations and supply chain sustainability, responsibility, and ethics initiatives. I am intrigued by the operational consequences that occur when firms adapt their strategies to address the pressing expectations of more responsible and sustainable operations. These changes can be driven by regulation, management orientation, stakeholder pressure, or some combination thereof. I am interested in how firms are affected by such initiatives, as they have implications for both internal operating performance as well as external perceptions of a firm’s value and reputation.
