Assistant Professor of Real Estate
I am an Assistant Professor of Real Estate at the Smeal College of Business of the Pennsylvania State University. I completed by PhD in Finance and Real Estate and the University of California, Berkeley.
My research interests are in the areas of Household Finance, Mortgage Finance, Securitization, and Applied Contract Theory. In recent and ongoing work I study residential mortgage renegotiations; the interaction between labor and household credit markets; and the concentration of intermediaries in mortgage markets.
